Executive Coaching that changes how you lead, not just what you know

Most leadership programmes hand you a binder and wish you luck. We sit beside you, week after week, working through the real decisions on your desk. The goal is simple: make you measurably better at leading people and running your part of the business.

Why senior leaders seek coaching

Two patterns show up again and again when a capable executive feels stuck.

The friction you feel

  • Your calendar controls you. Strategic thinking gets squeezed into 20 minutes between meetings.
  • Feedback from your board is vague: "We need more from you" without specifics.
  • Team performance dips when you step away for a week, which means the system depends on your presence.
  • Difficult conversations with peers keep getting postponed.

What shifts after coaching

  • You reclaim four to six hours a week by delegating with precision, not just hope.
  • Board conversations become concrete: you present data-backed narratives they can act on.
  • Your direct reports start solving problems at their level instead of escalating everything.
  • Hard conversations happen on Tuesday, not "sometime next quarter."

What we offer

Four focused services. Pick one, combine two, or let us recommend a package after your intake session.

One-on-one executive coaching

Twelve fortnightly sessions over six months. Each session runs 75 minutes and follows a structured agenda you set the day before. Between sessions you complete short practice assignments: a conversation you need to have, a decision framework to test, a delegation experiment. We track progress against three personal KPIs you define in session one.

Leadership team alignment

A two-day facilitated off-site for your senior team, followed by four monthly half-day check-ins. We use a behavioural assessment tool to surface communication blind spots, then build shared operating agreements the group actually uses. Typical group size: five to nine people.

Presentation and board-readiness coaching

Six sessions focused exclusively on how you communicate upward. We rebuild your board deck structure, rehearse Q&A scenarios, and record practice presentations for frame-by-frame review. Clients often book this ahead of a capital raise or a new board appointment.

Transition coaching (first 90 days)

Designed for executives stepping into a new role: a promotion, a lateral move, or an external hire. Weekly 60-minute sessions for the first 90 days, covering stakeholder mapping, quick-win identification, and the political dynamics nobody puts in the onboarding pack. We have run this programme for 47 leaders since 2019.

How an engagement works

From first call to final review, here is what to expect.

Discovery call (30 minutes, free)

We ask about your current role, what prompted you to look for coaching, and what success would look like in six months. You ask us anything. No pitch deck, no pressure.

Assessment and goal setting

A 45-minute structured interview plus a validated leadership-style questionnaire. We produce a two-page summary of your strengths, development areas, and three proposed coaching goals. You approve or adjust before we start.

Coaching sessions begin

Fortnightly, 75 minutes each. Sessions happen via video or in person at our Schroederboro office. Each session closes with one specific action you will take before the next meeting.

Mid-point review

After session six we revisit your three goals, adjust if your context has changed, and gather informal 360 feedback from two people you nominate.

Wrap-up and sustainability plan

A final session where we document what changed, what habits to protect, and what to watch for in the next twelve months. You receive a written summary you can share with your manager or board sponsor.

Measured outcomes from our last cohort

These figures come from post-engagement surveys completed by 38 leaders who finished coaching between January and December 2024.

+34%

Average improvement in self-reported decision-making confidence, measured on a ten-point scale before and after the engagement.

5.2 hrs

Extra hours per week reclaimed for strategic work, based on calendar audits at week one and week twenty-four.

87%

Of participants said their direct reports gave noticeably better feedback about communication clarity in the six months following coaching.

A note about our approach

We are not motivational speakers. Our coaches have held P&L responsibility, managed restructures, and sat in the same seat you sit in now. That shared experience means less time explaining context and more time solving problems.

Every session is confidential. We do not report to your HR team unless you ask us to. The coaching relationship works because it is yours, not your employer's.

Questions we hear often

How much does a coaching engagement cost?

A standard twelve-session engagement runs between $9,500 and $14,000 AUD depending on scope. Team alignment off-sites are quoted separately. We share exact pricing on the discovery call once we understand what you need.

Can my employer pay for this?

Yes. About 70% of our clients are sponsored by their organisation. We provide a proposal document and invoicing structure that most finance teams accept without pushback.

Do sessions have to be in person?

No. Roughly half our clients work with us entirely over video. In-person sessions are available at our Schroederboro office for those in Tasmania. Interstate clients sometimes fly in for the first and last session and do the rest online.

What if I need to pause the engagement?

Life happens. You can pause for up to eight weeks with no penalty. We simply pick up where we left off. If you need longer, we work out a plan together.

How is this different from therapy?

Coaching is forward-looking and performance-focused. We work on leadership behaviours, business decisions, and team dynamics. If deeper personal issues surface, we will refer you to a qualified psychologist and continue the coaching work in parallel.
